Depends on your browser. Usually you go to wherever you want, look around
in tool/preferences and click a button to make it your home page.
My solution is to create my own home page, add links and my descriptions.
Easy enough to create your own links and descriptions. Just set html
tags, add your url and your description.

Also makes for a faster browser start up.
Here, I chopped mine down to give you a starter copy if you want
to play with it. Save the following as index.html, Double click it
from Windows Explorer and your browser will bring it up.
Find the "Set as Home Page" and make it your home page.
